Pearl Talent is looking for a Full Stack Mobile Developer to build, maintain, and scale high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will own the full development lifecycle—from UI implementation and backend integration to deployment, optimization, and ongoing improvements.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Implement responsive, polished UI aligned with design specifications, translating Figma files into clean, maintainable code.
Optimize performance, responsiveness, and stability across devices.
Manage application state and component architecture.
Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs, handling authentication, data synchronization, and error handling.
Implement secure and scalable data flows and integrate third-party SDKs.
Maintain version control and clean code practices.
Support app deployment to App Store and Google Play.
Debug issues, monitor performance, resolve crashes, and write/maintain unit and integration tests.
Implement platform-specific features and optimize onboarding, navigation, and user flows.
Ensure compatibility with OS updates and device variations, and manage permissions, notifications, and deep linking.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly and contribute to documentation and shared engineering standards.

What We're Looking For

1–2+ years of professional mobile development experience.
Experience building and shipping mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
Proficiency with either cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) or native mobile development.
Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services or APIs.
Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle and performance considerations.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
A portfolio, GitHub repository, or examples of launched apps.

Nice to Have

Experience with both cross-platform and native development.
Exposure to mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Experience with analytics, monitoring, or attribution SDKs.
Startup or product-focused development experience.
Mentorship or technical leadership experience.

Design handoff tools: Figma or equivalent.
