D2B is hiring a Full-Stack Marketing Manager to own lead generation, brand growth, and campaign performance across multiple residential property developments. This is a hands-on role where you will combine strategic planning with execution across digital advertising, CRM and funnel management, creative production, and website project management.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans for new property launches and sales phases.
- Define target audiences, monitor competitors, and manage marketing budgets.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search/Display).
- Run retargeting campaigns, conduct A/B testing on creatives and copy, and monitor key metrics like CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage HubSpot CRM (pipelines, tagging, automation) and Mailchimp email campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture flows, and maintain database quality.
- Plan social media content and coordinate marketing assets like renders, brochures, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with designers and editors, and use Adobe Illustrator to edit marketing materials and create simple graphics.
- Manage the launch of the company's new Developments website, coordinate with designers and developers, and oversee ongoing updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, track leads and conversions, and provide improvement recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing with strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- CRM and funnel experience, preferably with HubSpot.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
- Practical skills in Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing marketing assets.
- Strong English communication and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing websites and related projects.
Nice to Have
- Marketing experience in the property or real estate sector.
- Skills in landing page optimization and copywriting.
- An understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with Canva or the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic video editing abilities.

Benefits & Compensation
