About the Role

Huzzle is hiring a Full Stack Developer specializing in WordPress, Shopify, and CRM platforms. You will build, optimize, and maintain websites and CRM systems, managing end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role requires delivering high-quality work with urgency and ensuring all builds are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build, customize, and maintain websites across platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
  • Manage CRM setup, customization, and integrations using tools such as HubSpot and HighLevel.
  • Handle full-cycle website and CRM builds from planning through launch.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet high standards for quality, performance, and usability.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and integration challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, SEO readiness, and conversion performance.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, blockers, timelines, and deliverables.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in the United States.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Website Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and HighLevel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both website development and CRM-related builds.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality website and/or CRM projects.
  • Excellent sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong eye for detail, functionality, and user experience.
  • Comfortable working in the EST timezone.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented approach to work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working across both website and CRM development in the same role.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead capture systems, and CRM workflows.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or well-established businesses with digital infrastructure.
  • Ability to recommend process improvements and best practices for web and CRM builds.
