Aurora Group is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and evolve the high-performance, secure, and scalable systems that power our core platform. You will work across the entire stack, from user-facing interfaces built with Next.js to backend services and third-party integrations.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end features using Next.js, NestJS, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL.
Integrate with third-party APIs, including Meta and Google.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management teams to design and deliver new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, improve performance, and ensure system reliability and stability.
Apply strong security standards, especially around sensitive data such as payments and advertising metrics.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in software engineering for modern web applications.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js (portfolio or code samples required).
2+ years of hands-on experience with NestJS (portfolio or code samples required).
3+ years of experience with Node.js.
1+ years of experience with TypeORM and PostgreSQL.
Comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems.
Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

Experience in AdTech, FinTech, or consumer-facing SaaS.
Passion for building high-performance, production-grade products.
A habit of writing clean, scalable, and efficient code.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation: $29,000–$45,000 USD
