SBC Performance is looking for a Python Full Stack Engineer to join our Product & Engineering Team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our AdTech and AI-powered platform, working across the entire stack to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

What You'll Do

Implement client-side (frontend) and server-side (backend) logic according to technical requirements and product specifications.
Design, implement, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrations with external systems.
Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and asynchronous architectures.
Build and evolve frontend applications with Angular (v16–18), NgRx, and PrimeNG.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and migrations.
Integrate external services and APIs, including AI services, advertising platforms, cloud storage, and media processing.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology and design decisions.
Ensure technical documentation remains up to date, including README files, diagrams, and API specifications.
Collaborate with product, data, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience with Python and Angular in a production environment.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (asyncpg, SQLAlchemy async, Alembic) and MongoDB (Motor), including schema design and query optimization.
Experience implementing authentication and security using JWT, bcrypt, and passlib.
Experience with background processing and messaging using Celery, Redis, and/or Pub/Sub–style queues.
Proven ability to integrate external APIs and services, including AI services like OpenAI, advertising platforms, and cloud storage.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, containerization (Docker, Docker Compose), and basic Nginx configuration.
Understanding of scalable system design, async error handling, and performance optimization.
Ability to participate in architectural discussions, make technical decisions, and maintain clear technical documentation.
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
