Pearl Talent is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to translate loosely defined product requirements into production-ready features. You will work closely with the CTO and a small, senior-leaning team to improve platform reliability, execution velocity, and code quality. What You'll Do
- Translate high-level product requirements into technical designs and actionable Jira tickets.
- Own features end-to-end, delivering clean, maintainable production code.
- Review pull requests and enforce high code quality standards.
- Document technical decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and modern frameworks.
- Design and evolve relational database schemas and migrations.
- Contribute to internal frontend features using React and Next.js as needed.
- Implement real customer workflows using AI and voice tools.
- Connect LLM behavior, prompts, and tool logic to application code.
- Focus on reliability, correctness, and production-ready implementation.
- Support application deployment and contribute to operational reliability.
- Contribute incremental improvements to existing infrastructure.
- Integrate and maintain third-party services such as voice providers and payment systems.
- Triage issues from active customer pilots.
- Identify whether issues stem from product gaps or engineering defects.
- Stabilize pilot workflows while the core platform continues evolving.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Experience shipping and maintaining live production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI.
- Experience with relational databases and schema evolution.
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Excellent written communication and ability to document decisions clearly.
- High learning agility with an execution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting early-stage products or live customer pilots.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure like AWS.
- Exposure to LLM-powered features, AI agents, or voice-based applications.
- Experience integrating with third-party or enterprise systems.
