MLabs is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our high-growth security startup. You will build the foundation of our open-source platform for managing sensitive configurations and credentials, working directly with the CTO to scale toward global adoption.

What You'll Do

Build and optimize core platform features using modern web technologies.
Expand specialized security offerings, including Public Key Infrastructure and secure SSH access tools.
Develop strategies for dynamic secret rotation and secure gateways to private resources.
Work directly with the CTO to make key technical decisions and establish the company's long-term technical roadmap.
Communicate with enterprise users to translate high-level security needs into production-ready features.

What We're Looking For

Deep proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for regular on-site collaboration, or able to work remotely worldwide.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take calculated risks.
A high degree of curiosity regarding security protocols and developer infrastructure.

Nice to Have

Experience with Go.
Previous founder experience or early-stage startup background.
Experience with DevOps, developer tools, or open-source communities.
Excellent communication skills suitable for a high-transparency team environment.

Compensation: Full Stack Engineer (remote Worldwide): $100K – $180K. Full Stack Engineer (Onsite in San Francisco): $140K – $200K. Senior Full Stack (Remote in the US): $180K – $250K. + equity: 0.05% – 0.25%.

Work Mode

This role is global. You can work onsite in San Francisco, remotely worldwide, or remotely within the US.
