Endava is looking for a Full-Stack Development Intern for a 3-month program designed to accelerate your professional growth. You will receive hands-on training, work on real projects, and connect with professionals across the business to prepare for a career in technology.

What We're Looking For
- Good spoken and written English (A2+ level) and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Good understanding of general IT fundamentals: PC architecture, networking basics, and operating systems.
- Backend Fundamentals in Java or .NET: Core OOP concepts (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction), SOLID principles, and Design patterns.
- Programming Skills: Keywords and access modifiers, Classes and Interfaces, Collection Framework (dynamic lists, linked lists, hash-based key-value maps, sorted/ordered maps), Functional collection processing (Stream API or LINQ), Exception handling, Generics, and Concurrency basics.
- Algorithms and Data Structures: Sorting algorithms and Searching algorithms.
- Databases: SQL (DDL & DML), ACID principles, Transactions, Functions and procedures.
- Web Fundamentals for React: Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- JavaScript: Variables, Functions, Arrays and objects, Asynchronous programming concepts.
- Frontend Frameworks (React): Understanding of components, and framework principles and architecture.
