Hunt St is hiring a Full Stack Developer to lead the technical foundation for our practice management system integrations. This role focuses on building scalable infrastructure, migrating business logic, and establishing best practices as you take ownership of complex problems across the full stack.

What You'll Do

Handle complex backend development and design system architecture
Migrate existing business logic from no-code platforms into our Node.js backend
Document current systems and build an abstraction layer for future integrations
Establish coding patterns and practices for future team growth

What We're Looking For

10+ years of professional software development experience
A good portfolio of personal projects showing initiative
Strong backend skills: Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, TypeScript
Reasonable frontend skills: React + TypeScript
Solid API integration experience with third-party platforms
Excellent written and spoken English
Has worked at both early-stage SaaS startups AND larger SaaS companies
Experience or deep understanding of designing reliable, secure, and scalable system architecture

Nice to Have

Experience with no-code tools like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier
Healthcare software or compliance background
Integration experience with Stripe, PMS, or voice AI platforms like Vapi
Experience using AI tools, voice AI technology, and prompting
