Employmate is looking for a Full Sales Cycle Account Executive to drive growth. In this inside sales role, you will convert warm leads into customers while proactively sourcing new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Take 3–6 warm inbound meetings booked daily and convert them to signed customers.
- Self-source additional meetings to supplement the inbound pipeline and hit your targets.
- Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, typically within 2–3 phone-based touch points.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with busy business owners.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Proven full-cycle sales experience, owning a deal from first call to signed contract.
- Clear, concise communicator who knows how to earn a business owner's time and make it count.
- Persistently polite, able to follow up without being pushy and handle objections calmly.
- Commitment to following every deal to closed won or closed lost.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with a distributed team.
- Ambition to grow within our expanding team.
