Precision AQ is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer II to be responsible for building, configuring, and delivering client-facing applications. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting for healthcare systems while collaborating with product and operations teams to support the technology strategy.
What You'll Do
- Represent the Application Operations/Development team on all active projects.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
- Follow established change management procedures for applications.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code meeting industry standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to API services, databases, and backend systems.
- Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Support assessments and potential re-designs of internal systems and processes.
- Support technology reviews assessing common code and technologies.
- Support adoption of new technologies through new offerings and existing tools.
- Configure and update client-facing applications per requirements and MLR guidelines.
- Create WIKI articles for common, repeatable processes.
- Configure Single Sign On integrations for client builds.
- Support the development of product unit tests for future regression testing.
- Measure application development KPIs like bug density and test coverage.
- Work with the Product Team to implement new application enhancements and features.
- Ensure all application changes follow life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
- Interact with end users, internal users, development vendors, data analysts, and engagement team members.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology; computer science or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience as a frontend application engineer/developer.
- Strong grasp on GIT fundamentals and day-to-day usage.
- Hands-on knowledge of Vue.js, HTML, CSS, d3 & SQL Server.
- Experience with an Agile Development Lifecycle.
- Experience in web application configuration and templating.
- Operational knowledge of Team Foundation Server, or Azure DevOps and Octopus.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Azure hosting components.
- May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays up to 5%.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Experience with the .NET framework.
- Experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with concepts like Modularization.
- Familiarity with Data Structures concepts.
- Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access.
- Experience developing in HIPAA and GDPR compliant ecosystems.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Software Engineering Lead of Precision AQ, India, and work collaboratively with both product and operations team members.
