About the Role

Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for a Front Office Manager to assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Front Office operations for the hotel.
  • Manage the Front Desk.
  • Manage Front Service, including parking and the hotel entrance.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Front Office Manager.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Team & Environment

You will assist the Director of Rooms and report directly to them.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position.
