We're building the foundation for better digital services in the public sector and need a frontend developer to help set the standard. You'll play a key role in crafting intuitive, accessible interfaces and establishing frontend practices that scale across government services.
What You'll Do
- Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern component-based frameworks
- Collaborate with designers to turn concepts into functional, user-focused features
- Design and maintain reusable UI components and design patterns
- Help define coding standards, documentation practices, and CI/CD workflows
- Write clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Iterate on interfaces based on user feedback and accessibility requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building user-centred digital services with accessible code (WCAG)
- Strong skills in React, Vue, or similar component-driven frameworks
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary environments
- Familiarity with design systems and shared codebases across multiple services
- Ability to document work clearly and support team growth

Work Environment
