We're on the hunt for a front-end developer with at least 2 years of experience who can transform Figma and XD mockups into pixel-perfect, animated websites. You'll collaborate closely with our designers and back-end engineers to build web pages that are high-performance, highly interactive, and built using the latest standards and tools. Responsibilities • Convert UI/UX designs into clean, semantic HTML5 and maintainable CSS (or SCSS/PostCSS) • Craft rich, timeline-based and scroll-triggered animations using GSAP • Develop reusable Web Components (vanilla Custom Elements or libraries like LitElement/Stencil) • Configure and optimize Vite and similar tools • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive, mobile-first layouts • Performance optimization: critical-render-path, lazy loading, code splitting Requirements • Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid) and advanced CSS animations • Proficiency with SCSS (Sass), including variables, nesting, mixins, and functions • Experience with GSAP (timelines, ScrollTrigger, SVG) • Solid JavaScript (ES6+) skills: modules, async/await, DOM APIs • Experience configuring and using Vite for development and production • Familiarity with popular JS plugins and libraries • Portfolio of at least 5 live websites you've authored • Version control (Git) skills • Basic design-tool capabilities in Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop Nice to have • Experience with React, Vue, or Angular • Web Components experience • TypeScript proficiency • WebGL and 3D library knowledge • Accessibility standards awareness • CMS platform familiarity • Basic backend skills (REST APIs) • Agile team collaboration experience Benefits • Work alongside a talented, dynamic team • Flexible working hours • Opportunities for personal and professional growth in an award-winning agency
