Oh is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our fast-moving team. You will play a key role in crafting the user experience for our global AI platform, building sleek and scalable interfaces that support millions of real-time, AI-driven interactions.
What You'll Do
- Design and build robust, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using React.
- Create and maintain high-quality, reusable component libraries.
- Optimize frontend performance to support real-time interactions and heavy concurrent usage.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and AI teams.
- Lead architectural decisions and frontend best practices.
- Ensure frontend codebases are secure, maintainable, and follow modern standards.
- Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience building large-scale consumer-facing frontend applications.
- Deep expertise in React (hooks, context, state management, modern architecture patterns).
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating with backend APIs and working in distributed, event-driven environments.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools.
- Strong focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
- Effective communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with large-scale global consumer platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems like Drupal.
- Exposure to WebSocket-based or real-time frontend architectures.
- Prior experience in AI, gaming, or immersive tech product environments.
