Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage efficient arrival and departure procedures
- Work closely with staff and clinical personnel to support an exceptional in-studio client experience
- Deliver reliable, high-standard customer service, respond to inquiries about treatments, and recommend aftercare offerings
- Coordinate with off-site customer support to keep appointment schedules accurate, including new and rescheduled visits
- Embody organizational core values and contribute to an inclusive atmosphere for colleagues and clients
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures for the studio
- Keep the studio clean and well-stocked, including restocking supplies, managing inventory space, and maintaining shared areas
- Follow infection prevention protocols such as hand hygiene, proper use of personal protective equipment, and sanitization of tools and surfaces
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines for client privacy
