Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a French Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide outstanding support to French-speaking clients through multiple communication channels. In this fully remote role, you will troubleshoot technical issues and foster strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document client interactions and support cases in the CRM platform.
- Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to handle more complex queries.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to help improve services.
- Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on client satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently in a remote environment.
