Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a French-Speaking Remote Assistance specialist to provide outstanding support to Mercedes-Benz customers. This role involves delivering high-quality remote assistance from Greece to French-speaking clients, addressing their vehicle and service needs.
What You'll Do
- Offer high-quality remote customer assistance in French via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients.
- Handle inquiries about vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance concerns.
- Effectively resolve customer issues to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to tackle complex customer inquiries.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our services.
- Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service advancements to provide accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective problem resolution.
- Capable of efficiently managing multiple inquiries in a remote work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for automobiles and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or luxury sector.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
