What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscription plans, and technical issues via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through setup and usage of streaming platforms.
- Inform customers about content offerings, promotions, and new features available on the platform.
- Resolve complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in streaming services to provide informed assistance.
