Mercier Consultancy is recruiting a French Speaking Customer Service Agent for a global technology client. You will engage directly with French-speaking customers to provide exceptional support across a range of technology-related queries, from product information to technical troubleshooting.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service in French for technology products and services.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting, setup, and technical issues.
- Provide information on product features, troubleshooting steps, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and offer solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with technical teams for efficient problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product offerings, updates, and service changes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer service role.
