Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a French Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients. You will work remotely with a fully paid relocation to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Become proficient with our client systems to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies suitable for remote work.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
