Teleperformance seeks a French Scheduling and Back Office Representative with Spanish for a remote role based in Spain. You will support a client in the life sciences sector by planning and scheduling corporate activities, acting as the critical liaison between customers and the client's Technical Team of Field Service Engineers.
What You'll Do
- Schedule appointments between Field Engineers and end customers.
- Communicate via phone and email with end customers and Field Engineers.
- Ensure parts ordering is done in advance to meet job deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries from Scheduling, Field, Customer, or Sales teams.
- Schedule communication for tasks assigned between Field, Customer, and Sales.
- Keep customers informed about schedules and contact them for any rescheduling.
- Register all customer interactions and status updates in the CRM.
- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance, Installation, Repairs, Education, and Relocation following regional compliance standards.
- Ensure client and Technical Team satisfaction through accurate planning and schedule management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data management.
- Native or advanced proficiency in French and Spanish.
- B2 level or higher proficiency in English.
- Experienced user of CRM systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the appropriate languages.
- Motivation and personality oriented toward achieving customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Must be located in Spain.
