We are looking for a dedicated Partner Support Coordinator who is fluent in both French and English to support our network of mortgage partners. In this role, you will manage incoming inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure all communications are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to partner inquiries via phone and email in both French and English
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all support interactions
- Identify recurring concerns and assist in developing solutions to improve service delivery
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new partners when needed
Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English required
- Proven experience in customer or partner support, preferably in financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and document management platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
