Auf- und Umbruch im Gesundheitswesen GmbH is looking for a FreiberuflicheR DozentIn (m/w/d) im Gesundheitswesen to join us as soon as possible. You will teach seminars on a variety of healthcare topics for our clients, contributing to training and further education in a dynamic sector.
What You'll Do
- Deliver training seminars, focusing on education for nursing service management and practical instructors
- Conduct training for nursing assistants and care assistants (LG1+2)
- Teach expert standards, quality management, and digitization in healthcare
- Lead seminars on knowledge management, marketing, and business administration for nursing facilities
What We're Looking For
- Pronounced theoretical knowledge and practical experience in your field (e.g., nursing management, marketing)
- A representative, friendly, and open demeanor
- Willingness and motivation to familiarize yourself with provided training content
- Willingness to travel, with distances to be agreed upon jointly
Nice to Have
- Teaching experience in adult education
