audibene is seeking a Freelancer (m/w/d) Customer Service Inbound to provide exceptional support for a telecommunications partner. This role is part of a large, dynamic service team where you will handle customer interactions directly, ensuring quality and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with customers professionally, empathetically, and with a focus on solutions.
  • Carefully document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Accept and, where possible, fully process incoming calls to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • German language proficiency at a C1/C2 level.
  • You must be a freelancer with your own invoicing process.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • A stable internet connection and necessary hardware.
  • Residency in the EU (excluding Germany).
