Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Software Developer (Kotlin) to work as an AI Trainer, collaborating on projects that improve Generative AI models for specialized questions and complex reasoning. We believe in using the power of collective intelligence to ethically shape the future of AI.

What You'll Do

• Generate prompts that challenge AI and test its reasoning capabilities.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
• Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge and expertise.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Kotlin development experience, either in Android or server-side contexts.
• Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of the JVM ecosystem and Java interoperability.
• Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Proficiency with coroutines, flows, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Dependency Injection frameworks like Dagger, Hilt, or Koin.
• Practical experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools effectively.
• A readiness to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
• The ability to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
