JK Media Group is seeking a Freelance Sales Manager to identify and contact potential construction partners and commercial clients (B2B) by phone. Your role is to build a robust sales pipeline for our construction network, focusing on lead generation, with project development and closing handled by a dedicated Account Management team.
What You'll Do
- Actively contact potential construction partners, project developers, and commercial customers (B2B) by phone.
- Build new contacts and identify construction and renovation projects.
- Acquire new reporting partners for the construction network.
- Qualify interested parties and projects in initial conversations.
- Schedule appointments for the Account Management team.
- Build a continuous sales pipeline through active telephone acquisition.
- Document conversations and contacts in the CRM system.

- Experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment or telephone acquisition.
- Enjoy building new contacts and actively conducting conversations.
- Hunter mentality and results-oriented way of working.
- Independent working style as a freelancer with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Confident handling of digital tools and CRM systems.
- Very good communication skills and confident telephone presence.
