Mindrift is hiring a Freelance Physics Expert - AI Trainer to enhance Generative AI models' specialized question-answering and complex reasoning capabilities. You will collaborate on advanced AI projects by creating training content and critically evaluating model outputs.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge and test AI models.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Correct model responses using your deep, domain-specific knowledge in Physics.
- Help shape the future of AI by creating training prompts and refining model responses.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's Degree or PhD in Physics and 3 years of professional experience.
- Or, a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and 6+ years of professional experience.
- Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Readiness to learn new methods and ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Ability to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- A laptop, reliable internet connection, and available time for freelance work.
