CXG is looking for a Freelance Operations and Community Associate - German Speaker to manage the full mission execution cycle. You will be responsible for fieldworks, pilots, and local projects, ensuring they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget, while helping CXG elevate and transform brand experiences.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and certify a sufficient number of active Evaluators from the internal database for specific projects.
- Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions per company standards, client requirements, and project schedule.
- Coordinate and report project status to the Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
