Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Electrical Engineer to train and improve advanced AI models. In this role, you will use your specialized knowledge to ensure AI reasoning in electrical engineering topics is accurate and robust, directly contributing to our mission of unlocking AI's potential through global expertise.
What You'll Do
- Generate challenging prompts to test AI models on electrical engineering topics.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model's responses using your domain-specific knowledge to enhance AI reasoning.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Readiness to learn new methods and quickly switch between different tasks and topics.
- Ability to work with complex and sometimes challenging guidelines.
- Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and sufficient available time for this fully remote role.
