Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Civil Engineering Expert to collaborate on projects that improve how generative AI models answer specialized questions and perform complex reasoning. You will apply your deep domain expertise to train and evaluate AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Generate challenging prompts that test the AI's understanding of civil engineering concepts.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model's responses based on your expert knowledge to refine its performance.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional civil engineering experience.
- An advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
- The readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex or challenging guidelines.
