Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Chemistry Expert with Python to join our AI training efforts. In this freelance role, you will apply your domain expertise to help improve the specialized reasoning skills of Generative AI models. You'll be part of a global mission to unlock AI's potential by tapping into real-world expertise.
What You'll Do
- Generate challenging prompts that test an AI model's chemistry knowledge.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model's responses using your domain-specific knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Chemistry or a directly relevant field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience focused on Analytical, General, Inorganic, Organic, or Physical Chemistry.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- A strong ability to design creative, diverse, and computationally intensive problems.
- Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
- A reliable laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
