What You'll Do
Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to uncover core business needs and translate them into functional specifications. Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather insights and define project scope.
Develop clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that guide development teams. Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives by continuously validating requirements against business outcomes.
Support product delivery from initiation through to launch, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in existing workflows. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in business analysis, ideally within digital or IT projects
- Background in product management or technical domains
- Proven involvement in web or mobile product development
- Strong analytical abilities with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Proficiency in documenting requirements using user stories, BPMN, UML, or process mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership over deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, UX research, or data analysis
- Familiarity with Jira, Miro, and Figma
- IIBA certification or equivalent credential
