Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Biology QA (with Python) to evaluate and improve AI model training data. In this part-time, remote role, you will apply your deep subject matter expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI training content, shaping how future models understand complex biological concepts.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine content, references, and task examples to ensure accuracy across various biology topics.
- Assess qualification tests of experts to verify their competency.
- Moderate project-related discussions, providing guidance on complex guidelines in community chats.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers, ensuring they align with project guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s or PhD Degree in Biology or a closely related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience.
- Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Working experience with Python.
- Experience in writing or evaluating complex LLM prompts.
- Experience in Teaching, Lecturing, or Consulting within your domain.
- Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- A reliable laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
