Mindrift is looking for a Freelance AI Trainer to shape how AI models reason about complex electrical engineering tasks. This is a technical role focused on evaluation, problem design, and validation, not software development. You will help train AI to align with industry-standard logic.

What You'll Do

  • Design rigorous electrical engineering problems that reflect professional practice.
  • Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, assumptions, and constraints.
  • Validate calculations and simulations using Python with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
  • Improve AI reasoning to align with industry-standard logic.
  • Apply structured scoring criteria to multi-step problems.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Strong Python proficiency specifically for numerical validation and analysis.
  • 3+ years of professional or advanced academic experience in electrical engineering subfields.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+ level).
  • Ability to design complex, non-trivial engineering problems.
