Mindrift is looking for Freelance AI Trainers to apply their editorial and creative skills on a project focused on improving artificial intelligence. In this role, you will directly help refine AI models by providing structured feedback on AI-generated content. What You'll Do
- Conduct high-quality web searches to verify facts, gather supporting data, and cross-check AI responses.
- Perform fact-checking and intent verification to ensure AI responses align with the user's goals.
- Carefully review and flag any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or irrelevant answers.
- Provide structured feedback on AI-generated content to help improve model performance.
- Work effectively with large language models, understanding their capabilities and limitations, and applying best practices when interacting with them.
- Generate prompts with a purpose to receive the best quality result from LLMs.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Professional and/or educational experience in data annotation.
- A deeper-than-user-level interest in AI, intellectual breadth, and curiosity.
- Skilled in web searching, fact-checking, and intent-checking.
- Able to work with large language models.
- Great attention to detail.
- An upper-intermediate (B2) level of English or above.
- Ready to learn new methods and able to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Able to sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Have a laptop, a reliable internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
