ARB Interactive is looking for a Fraud, Payments, and Risk Manager to lead critical strategies that protect our business and customers. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive fraud detection, secure payment processing, and proactive risk management.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement comprehensive fraud detection and prevention strategies.
Manage all payment processing activities, including card payments, e-wallets, and alternative payment methods.
Oversee payment reconciliation, chargebacks, and refunds to ensure accurate accounting.
Continuously monitor transactions and player behavior to identify anomalies and suspicious activity.
Implement and manage AML compliance programs, including KYC processes and reporting.
Collaborate with the technology team to implement robust security measures, risk management tools, and responsible gaming controls.
Assess operational risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement risk controls.
Prepare detailed risk, fraud, and AML reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Mentor and train other members of the operations team on fraud detection, AML, and risk management.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a fraud, payments, AML, or risk management role.
Strong understanding of AML regulations and best practices, including KYC procedures and suspicious activity reporting.
Familiarity with responsible gaming principles and the ability to implement controls to promote healthy player behavior.
Comprehensive knowledge of payment processing, card networks, and alternative payment methods.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and risk indicators.
Experience implementing and managing fraud detection, AML, and responsible gaming tools and technologies.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presenting complex information to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and risk management.

Nice to Have

Experience within the online gambling, fintech, or e-commerce industry.
Experience with Sift or GeoComply.
