Campus is looking for Information Technology Instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our technology programs. You will teach live, online courses focused on foundational IT skills and industry certifications, fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting student success.

What You'll Do

Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement.
Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid-quarter and end-of-quarter evaluations.
Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction.
Contribute to co-curricular programming to enrich the student experience.
Stay current on industry and pedagogy trends relevant to your subject area and online teaching.
Personalize the learning experience by developing lecture materials, slide decks, and examples that reflect your professional background.

What We're Looking For

A Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Sciences, Security and Risk Analysis, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Enterprise Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college or university level.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
Hold one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, CISSP, GSEC, AWS Cloud Foundations, or AWS Solutions Architect.
Has held multiple roles across the IT industry, demonstrating a broad range of expertise and responsibilities.
Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education.
Passion for equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training.
