The People Group is hiring a Fractional- Executive Assistant - Remote

About the Role

The People Group is looking for a Fractional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to founders and senior leaders on a freelance basis. In this fully remote role, you will support multiple clients across different time zones, working independently within a fractional setup.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for clients.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Arrange and coordinate events and conferences.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Respond to and manage client requests, including ad hoc tasks, with professionalism and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience working in a fractional, freelance, or contract based role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Flexible schedule and availability.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives or clients simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing and online collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience working with HNW individuals.
  • Experience working with Family Offices.
  • Experience working with Business Leaders.
  • Flexible with occasionally meeting clients in person if requested.
  • Knowledgeable about emerging AI software, tools, models, and methodologies that challenge the conventional approach to executive assistance.
