Voldex Games is hiring an FP&A Manager to own the financial engine behind our games and growth. This role sits at the center of strategy and execution, partnering closely with leadership and game teams to turn ideas into forecasts, models, and decisions that move the business.
What You'll Do
- Own the FP&A function end-to-end, delivering faster, higher-quality financial outputs that improve decision-making
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting with clear variance analysis and defensible assumptions trusted by leadership
- Own the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast cycles with strong cross-functional alignment and on-time execution
- Build and maintain a scalable financial model supporting budgeting, scenarios, tax, and strategic decisions
- Deliver clear, decision-oriented reporting to the CEO, VP/Head of Finance, and Board, increasing visibility into key financial and operating drivers
- Support investor relations, capital raises, and M&A diligence with high-quality analysis, models, and financial narratives
- Partner with cross-functional leaders on resource allocation, headcount planning, and performance management
- Drive measurable improvements in revenue growth, margins, and OpEx efficiency through better capital allocation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4-7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, equity research, or similar roles
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in interactive gaming, digital media, or another consumer business
- CPA, CFA, and/or MBA
