TeachShare is hiring a Founding CSM for Endless Commerce. You will define and own the entire post-sale customer journey for our e-commerce platform, from onboarding to expansion. This is a foundational role for building relationships and processes that directly fuel our growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead new customers from signed contract to a fully live launch, coordinating with product to ensure a smooth, fast onboarding.
- Own the health of your book of business, building strong stakeholder relationships, proactively identifying risk, and driving renewals.
- Deeply understand customer operations to identify where new Endless Commerce capabilities can solve their problems and expand our footprint.
- Partner with product and marketing to inform customers about relevant product updates and growth opportunities.
- Create foundational playbooks from scratch, including onboarding checklists, QBR templates, health score frameworks, and escalation processes.
- Synthesize customer feedback across your portfolio and bring insights to product and leadership to improve our platform.
- Work with partnerships and marketing to turn happy customers into advocates who refer new brands.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of customer success or account management experience.
- Experience in a SaaS environment serving e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Understanding of the operational challenges omnichannel brands face, with the ability to speak credibly about inventory, orders, wholesale, and retail.
- Highly organized and data-driven, with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High EQ and strong sensitivity to customer and team dynamics.
- Comfort being hands-on in onboarding, troubleshooting, and building processes from scratch.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with small, nimble sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer support.
