PsyCurio is hiring a Founders Associate (m/f/d) to play a central role in scaling our digital health startup, which is revolutionizing psychotherapy with virtual reality software. You will work directly with the founders to influence strategic decisions and build the foundation for significant growth.
What You'll Do
- Choose your focus area, such as Business Development, Finance, Marketing, or Sales.
- Shape the strategic direction of the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with our cooperation partners and clinics.
- Attend relevant conferences, meetups, and industry events.
- Participate in developing recruiting strategies.
- Investigate the future of psychotherapy.
- Find new ways to enable scalable growth.
- Prove the business case with data and numbers.
- Support marketing and public relations efforts.
What We're Looking For
- You are self-reliant and take responsibility for your work.
- You have solid business knowledge and experience creating business plans and case studies using Excel.
- You can work on tasks systematically and in a structured manner.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and German.
