KeyNest is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Representative fluent in English and Spanish to serve as a primary point of contact for our community. You will provide technical and account support, helping hosts, guests, and partners resolve issues and understand our services.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Make outbound calls to resolve customer and network issues.
- Offer step-by-step support with accounts, bookings, and payments.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Accurately log conversations, feedback, and outcomes in internal systems.
- Partner with other departments to troubleshoot complex technical or account issues.
- Maintain a high standard of service with every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken—this is essential.
- Native or near-native level Spanish fluency for written communication.
- 2-3 years of customer service or technical support experience.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with vacation rental or property management platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com.
