Kohl's is looking for a Trainee Football Scout to join NLP Sports. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to increase sports participation among young people. You'll work with experienced scouts to uncover the next big talent in football, focusing on growth, inclusivity, and sustainability.

What You'll Do

Assist senior scouts in identifying and evaluating young football talent in local leagues and community events.
Compile detailed reports on player performance, potential, and areas for development.
Collaborate with lead staff to understand team needs and align scouting activities with organizational goals.
Attend training sessions and matches regularly to maintain an updated understanding of player progress.
Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance scouting skills and stay informed about the latest trends in sports analytics.
