Our Principles
Impact: We undertake meaningful and challenging projects that positively change the world. Ownership: We see projects through from start to finish, overcoming any obstacles. Collaboration: We work internally with diverse colleagues—such as other FDSEs, product teams, and Deployment Strategists—and externally with customers, often on-site, to understand and solve problems. Trust: We trust each other to manage time and priorities effectively, giving individuals autonomy to think independently. Growth: We encourage ourselves and peers to pursue new challenges and growth opportunities, innovate, and share knowledge. Learning: We frequently encounter novel problems requiring rapid acquisition and application of new knowledge, and we believe experiential learning is highly effective.

Life at Palantir
We aim for every Palantirian to achieve their best outcomes by celebrating individual strengths, skills, and interests from the first interview through long-term growth, rather than relying on traditional career ladders. Attending to community needs helps optimize growth opportunities and ensures multiple pathways to success. Promoting health and well-being across all areas of life is one way we invest in our community. Learn more at Life at Palantir; offerings may vary by region. Consistent with Palantir's values, we believe employees are 'better together' and in-person work fosters creativity and connectivity. Therefore, we encourage office work, with many teams offering hybrid options (work from home one or two days a week) to balance personal productivity. Based on business need, a few roles allow for remote work on an exceptional basis; for those, you must work from the state of employment. If the posting specifies 'Onsite,' you are required to work from an office.
