Weekday is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help clients optimize their business processes using advanced process mining and data-driven insights. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement, configure, and analyze process mining solutions, turning complex operational data into actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end process mining implementation projects
- Design, configure, and deploy process mining solutions
- Conduct process discovery and analysis workshops with clients
- Mentor junior consultants and team members
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with Celonis or other process mining platforms
- Strong understanding of process mining and business process management
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
