Safesite and Foresight Insurance seeks an Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our Foresight Group. Reporting to the Insurance Operations Manager, you will be entrusted with advancing critical priorities by optimizing operations across all departments. Your work will help provide quality data for risk analysis and improve internal workflows.
What You'll Do
- Populate data and run quality assurance checks to ensure Commercial Insurance Underwriters have quality data available for risk analysis.
- Transfer data into a standard and digestible format, ensuring timeframes are met for delivery.
- Work with business teams across the company to document and optimize business processes and workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with systems administrators to provide workflow automation creation and support.
- Act as a resource for team members across all teams to assist with support and training for workflows and diagnose workflow issues.
- Plan and coordinate activities including meetings, workflow generation, project planning, and other related programs.
- Assist with solution strategies for business requirements and enhancement requests.
- Assist with reporting and analysis on an as-needed basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Salesforce is required.
- Experience with and an understanding of workflow automation.
- Experience with Workers Compensation or Commercial Insurance is required.
- Interest and/or experience in the Insurance industry.
- Advanced skills with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, and in a team environment.
- Ability to be flexible and help with any business need that arises.
- Excellent, effective, and diplomatic communication skills (verbal/written).
- Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
