NEON Software Solutions is hiring a Flutter Tutor to support a state-funded app developer retraining program called the App Akademie. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in helping participants transition into tech careers by providing guidance and developing learning materials.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize parts of the curriculum.
- Support participants as a point of contact for their practical tasks or projects.
- Lead regular tutorials to review daily lecture topics and go through open questions about assignments.
- Take responsibility, together with the lecturer and the rest of the tutor team, for the learning progress of the course.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student for at least one more year.
- Available as a tutor for an average of 15-20 hours per week.
Nice to Have
- Studying IT, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or a comparable degree, or have taught yourself programming outside of studies with project proof.
- Knowledge of common programming languages & frameworks, ideally Flutter (otherwise Java, Kotlin, Swift, React, JavaScript, etc. with willingness to learn Dart).
- Fluent in German with very good communication skills.
- Empathetic and enjoy working with people.
- Very well organized.

You will join a 20+ person team, working as part of the tutor team together with the lecturer, focused on creating a maximally successful learning experience.
