SupportYourApp is looking for a Growth Engineer fluent in Ukrainian to join our team. In this role, you will focus on scaling our AI support platform by launching growth experiments, improving conversion, and analyzing funnel performance. We need someone who is data-driven, action-oriented, and ready to own high-impact initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Launch and analyze growth experiments, including A/B tests, onboarding flows, and copy changes.
- Improve trial-to-paid conversion through better UX, CTAs, and in-app messaging.
- Identify funnel leaks using tools like PostHog, GA4, and Clarity.
- Own and optimize high-intent pages such as Pricing, Signup, and landing pages.
- Run and analyze paid acquisition tests on platforms like Meta and Google Search, focusing on CPL and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to move quickly.
- Share weekly, data-focused growth reports.
- Operate proactively, challenge assumptions, and drive experiments from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of growth or marketing experience in PLG, SaaS, or startup environments.
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
- Hands-on experience with growth tools such as PostHog, GA4, HubSpot, or Make.com.
- Practical experience running experiments on UX, pricing, copy, CTAs, onboarding, or funnels.
- Action-oriented, experimentation-driven mindset focused on shipping and iterating.
- Strong communication skills for writing UX copy and presenting insights.
- Comfort with low-code tools and making basic HTML/CSS adjustments.
- Experience building email flows with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
- Proficiency in launching and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, or Meta.

- Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.
