About the Role

SupportYourApp is hiring a Fluent English Customer Support Consultant based in Algeria. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer support via email for our technology clients, building strong relationships while applying best practices. You’ll maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet performance targets, handling sensitive customer data with care and security.

  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written).
  • At least 6–12 months of experience in customer support.
  • Experience with Zendesk.
  • KPI-driven mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
  • Backup power station.
